Our History

The face behind the Coco Events SA.

Catherine’s journey from the telecoms industry to event management is driven by a deep passion for crafting unique and memorable experiences. Leaving her corporate job to follow her dream, Catherine has dedicated herself to bringing curated and exceptional events to life.

Coco Events SA began as a solution for working parents juggling busy schedules and modern lifestyles. Over time, it has grown into a beloved presence in various communities, partnering with SMEs, individuals, and corporations to deliver unforgettable events.


 

  • Where are you based?
    We are based in Fourways and service most areas of Joburg and Pretoria.
  • What are your booking requirements?
    Bookings are secured with a 50% deposit; full payment is required before delivery.
  • Do you charge delivery fees?
    Yes, delivery fees are charged based on distance and will be quoted on a case basis. Please provide your delivery address for an estimate on delivery fees
  • Where do you deliver and collect?
    Delivery and collection is agreed on with the client. Given that Saturdays are extremely busy with set-ups, we may deliver on a Friday (if the client is happy with this). Collection may either be on the Saturday after the event, on the Sunday or Monday. This is all discussed and agreed upon with the client.
  • Do you have DIY packages for hire?
    Yes, please send through the requirements and we will provide a quotation on our DIY packages. From picnics to Teepees, these can be provided for clients to set up themselves.
  • Do you allow collections?
    Collection can be arranged from our storeroom in Fourways for most items except slush machines. These are strictly delivered/transported by us for security and insurance purposes.
  • Do you have operators that help with machine hire?
    Yes, we provide operators to help with the popcorn, candyfloss and slush machines.
  • Do you have any standard packages?
    Yes, please send us an email on sales@cocoeventssa.co.za and we will respond with packages available

Coco Events is a boutique events company specialising in curating and styling of bespoke events. We are passionate about celebrations and creating memorable spaces for our clients to enjoy while creating lasting memories with their loved ones. We cater for both corporate and private clients and functions.

We are focused on offering excellent service, high-quality deliverables, listening to our client’s needs and often surpassing expectations.
